      1. Hutu and Tutsi were combined into one nation 
    2. Eco infra and export them (Focus) 
    3. Traditional elites were undermined by imperialism 
  9. Dictators of Africa after decolonization 
    1. Robert Mugabe (Zimbabwe) 
    2. Joseph Mobutui (Conge) 
    3. Idi Amin (Uganda) 
    4. Muammar Gaddafi (Libya)
